Open a shared guest link

Enter a shared view and understand why some Nimbus controls are unavailable.

Before you start

A current guest link from the person sharing the content.

Who can do this

Guest-link recipients.

Steps

  1. Open the exact link sent to you.
  2. If prompted, complete the link’s password or access step.
  3. Review the shared workspace or Editor view. Guest access shows only the content and actions granted by the link.
  4. Use the guide’s Editor articles for viewing controls. Ask the sender if you need more access.

What you should see

You can review the shared content within the link’s permissions.

If something goes wrong

  • If the link is expired, revoked, or points to the wrong content, ask the sender to check or replace it.
  • Guests do not have access to the organization Library.
