Troubleshooting
Recover when the Editor is slow or a scene looks incomplete
Check loading and visibility before reloading a scene with unsaved work.
Before you start
An Editor scene that is slow or missing expected content.
Who can do this
Editor users and shared-view guests.
Steps
- Allow the scene’s content to finish loading; large scenes can appear in stages.
- Check Outliner visibility and the selected workspace or shared view.
- Reduce point density or view distance, or hide heavy objects temporarily if movement is slow.
- Before reloading, check for Unsaved changes and active local transfers. If the problem remains, note the browser or desktop build and the affected workspace.
What you should see
The scene becomes usable or you have clear details for support.
If something goes wrong
- Reloading during an active local upload can interrupt it.
- Missing content can also reflect access restrictions or a source that has not finished processing.
