Find and inspect an asset in the Library
Search folders and assets, then check an asset’s details and readiness.
Before you start
You know the organization that owns the asset.
Who can do this
Members with Library access; guest-link viewers do not have Library access.
Steps
- Open Library and use Search assets and folders or browse its folders.
- Select the asset to open its detail view.
- Review the overview and preview. Use Sources and Jobs to understand the files and processing behind the asset.
- If it is still building, return after processing completes; the preview may not yet be available.
What you should see
You have identified the asset and whether its viewable output is ready.
If something goes wrong
- Clear Library filters if a known asset is missing.
- Ask an administrator to check access if the Library or asset is unavailable.
